Refund policy

refunds

due to the handmade nature of the jewellery tshepiso does not accept refunds.

however if the jewellery does not fit, it is eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

 

exchange/return

for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and with a proof of purchase.

to start an exchange, you can contact us at info@tshepiso.studio. if your exchange is accepted, we will cover the cost of south african shipping, however international shipping requires you to pay for your own shipping. jewellery sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange.

damages and issues

please inspect your jewellery piece upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve any issue within 14 days of purchase.

repairs

we accept repairs from items bought from tshepiso, the cost of repair will depend on the damage assessed. however, unique once off pieces will likely be ineligible for repair to its original state. 

lost/stolen

tshepiso cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
